Item Optimizations is a mod made to optimize item rendering by removing the enchantment effect on items & stop searching for nearby item stacks when it's already at the max amount (64) of items in a stack.
Item Optimizations is no longer maintained, but is integrated into a maintained mod of ours called Patcher.
