Replace `SkullItem.fromBase64(...)` with `PlayerHead.getItemStack(PlayerSkin.fromBase64(...)` in Developer Guide 6

The current code shown in Developer Guide 6 does not work. SkullItem was probably removed, but the Developer Guide was not updated to reflect that change. |
