What's New

• Add new multi tenanting tools the bot, more details can been seen in the decorators and auth modules. No changes should be breaking, if an issue is found please raise an issue for rapid rectification.
• This allows Authbot to work with discord-multiverse and allianceauth's built in discord service natively. 3rd party developers creating cogs should strive to use these helper methods where applicable, letting the bot deal with where the data needs to come from.
• Many of the inbuilt cog commands have moved to "global" commands when they do not need to be restricted to a specific guild.

• Ticket cog promoted to stable, and enhanced with a new targeted ticket command /help_targeted for a less restricted experience. recommend that this be restricted with discords command permisions.

Fixed

• Fix bad migration/model in the Welcome and Goodbye Models. These will now work as they did before with or without a guild_id.
