Update cPanel installers to use CDN

  • The base URL for downloading integration files has been changed from download.seinternal.com to download.cdn.seinternal.com
  • The method for retrieving the version information has been updated to use PHP for JSON parsing instead of using sed and awk
  • The base path for download files has been updated to a new format
