Code to generate synthetic junction geometries using the SimVascular Python API, run flow simulations on them on Sherlock, post-process the results, and build ML models to predict pressure differentials over junctions according to a physics-based linear resistor, quadratic resistor, inductor structure.

All code is in the "util" folder, split into folders based on tasks.
