Revert "Rescan connected joysticks when a new gamepad mapping is added"

This reverts commits 8a1b55f and f137a7b. This is being reverted because the change to the project files caused a rebuild of the native libraries, which for some reason didn't include liblime.iphonesim.a, which is still expected by us. My guess is that this is caused by using `haxelib install hxcpp` without specifying a version, causing the latest rebuild to use hxcpp 4.3.2 while the previous one used hxcpp 4.2.1. I don't see what would cause the difference though.
