The default partType is 'DNA region', so when the user manually changes the partType in the info-editor menu to 'Protein',
the name changes to one of these values below.

NGA = nga
complex = comp
dsNA = dna
macromolecule = prot
small molecule = chem
ssNA = rna

I just started with a few codes and let me know how to specify more.

Name are still not being displayed. Defaults are not be setting correctly. Macromolecule name is set to nga, should be prot, and it is not displayed. None of the others are getting the default name.
