Goal

Create the final rankings for the submissions of the SynthRAD2023 MICCAI challenge.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running clone the repo:

git clone https://github.com/SynthRAD2023/ranking.git

or

git clone [email protected]:SynthRAD2023/ranking.git

Usage

• Export the leaderboard of the to be ranked task to a .csv file.
• Change the path in rank_teams.py file to this file
• Run rank_teams.py
