Includes several changes in different files, including .github/workflows/changelog-index.yml, .github/workflows/mistica-ai.yml, .github/workflows/pending-tasks.yml, CHANGELOG.md, and README.md.
The changes aim to improve the organization and workflow of the project. Specifically, the production branch has been renamed to pre-production, and a new production branch has been created to contain the currently live and stable version of the software or application.
