no more lazy loading since I can't figure it out, but now changing how helpers is imported
add type checking to helpers to decrease load time
for now, until lazy loading in packages themselves get resolved
now all lazy imports are removed

lazy importing of heavy plugins to reduce
import napari_ndevstartup time. This should also make napari start up faster. Made minor improvements to some code (like switching from cle.pull to np.asarray)
