I should mention it's only the sample that I updated. I didn't touch any dependencies in the actual Topshelf.Azure (Although there was some minor update 2.7 to 2.9, I left it) |

I checked this out to check out the sample (in VS2015), and it was not a happy camper when I built. I removed the old .nuget folder in favor of the more modern restore automatically on build. I also updated the project to work with Azure SDK 2.9.
