Add rare and enormous trees which can sometimes be found growing out of islands.

This update:

• Improves place_schematic() behaviour - greatly reducing the occurrence of parts missing from trees
• Adds support for Schemlib as a slower-but-surer alternative to place_schematic()
• minor bug fixes and tree modifications
