Add full Docker support

Summary

This PR entirely adds Docker support. Inspiration is pulled from transprogrammer/rodhaj#170, with Rodhaj's inspiration coming from Immich's Docker Compose files.

In order to denote this as feature complete, there are some tasks that need to be finished. They are listed below:

• Implement Docker workflow (from Rodhaj)
• Implement Docker-bundling workflow for release pipelines (from Rodhaj)
