This version is a Drupal8 upgrade of the Drupal7 POCAM site. It should be identical but for some default D7->D8 common-design styling changes.

The code is adapted from the D7 version.

Development

Docksal settings may need adjustment. Testing uses Drupal-test-traits. It is very minimal at the moment. @TODO - more tests. Everything else should be similar to other DSS D8 sites.

For local development, add this line to settings.local.php: $config['config_split.config_split.config_dev']['status'] = TRUE; After importing a fresh database, run drush cim to enable devel, database log stage_file_proxy and views_ui.

Importing extracts

The Aide Memoire extracts are to be imported from a .xlsx format spreadsheet. Some manipulation of the spreadsheet might be necessary. The import expects all fields to be filled in, to avoid ambiguity.

The expected columns are:

• A, B, C - Themes, with top level to the left. Where there are less than 3 levels of themes, e.g. section "III. SPECIFIC PROTECTION CONCERNS ARISING FROM SECURITY COUNCIL DISCUSSIONS ON WOMEN AFFECTED BY ARMED CONFLICT", the 'child' theme can go in either column B or C.
• D - The text of the extract.
• E - Reference to the original text on undocs.org, e.g. "S/RES/2295 (2016), op. 26" for https://undocs.org/S/RES/2295(2016) op.26.
• F - 'See also' references to other statements and resolutions.

Common design overrides.

As there is only one menu item in the main menu, this does not swap it out for a dropdown menu on thinner screens. Some overriding of CSS is necessary for this, in the _cd_nav.scss file.

Deployment notes

As seen in https://jenkins.aws.ahconu.org/view/PoCAM/job/pocam-prod-deploy/11/console there are a couple of things to note in deployments.

drush cim shows: +------------+--------------------------+-----------+ | Collection | Config | Operation | +------------+--------------------------+-----------+ | | social_auth_hid.settings | Update | +------------+--------------------------+-----------+

This can be ignored, as configuration uses placeholder values which are overridden in the environment.

Also, an error that needs looking at: [error] The directory //srv/www/shared/config/staging/ does not exist.
