Bugfix Release and gui fundamentals

An evil bug was fixed that only allowed proteins to be calculated correctly.

Additionally, the executables are now split in biofragmentor_cli which provides the same functionality as before, and biofragmentor_gui, which is the fundament of a real gui release later.

This release fixes a bug that caused the BioFragmentor-setup to not include lib/sequence/dnasequence.py.

Version 0.1

First Release. Application is stable so far and supports DNA, RNA and protein with standard monomers. It is extendable as well by modifying the files in the data directory.
