What is this PR for?

This PR adds a new Makefile command to deploy Stax Orchestrator from Serverless Application Repository (SAR) using a simple python script

➜  stax-orchestrator git:(main) make deploy-stax-orchestrator-app-from-sar
pipenv run python3 examples/deploy_stax_orchestrator_from_sar.py
Deploying version 0.0.3 of the application.
Successfully deployed Stax Orchestrator version 0.0.3
