closes #118 Creative Commons is a good option for our project because it allows people to use it, but if there's any consideration for a commercial company they would need to license it.

suggestion: Let's made this a .md
file instead of a .txt
file since we're linking to our GitHub Sponsors page at the bottom. I did my review as if this were a markdown file.
