Add three signatures of tlsh_diff function used to compute TLSH distance from the whole file, part of the file or from the string. Add unit tests and add information about implementation into hash module documentation.

Hello team,
as a part of my Master's thesis I extended functionality of
hashmodule in YARA. I created three signatures oftlsh_difffunction used to compute TLSH distance from the whole file, part of the file and from the string. The function uses already in repo available TLSH implementation. Unit tests and information added in hash module documentation is also added.Maybe you will be interested.
