Added post format sync mentioned in issue #9
This uses native WP post format handling which uses standard post format if incoming post format is not supported by current theme. https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.5.3/src/wp-includes/post-formats.php#L64
Tested successfully with adding new post and changing post format of existing post.
