This:

  1. adds graceful shutdown,
  2. slims down the image to 90 MB (on my machine) using a multi-stage build,
  3. updates the dependencies,
  4. upgrades to KERI 1.2.0 (coring.Ids.dollar -> coring.Saids.dollar), and
  5. made the logging consistent with the recent changes in KERIpy
  6. Adds a little bit of documentation in two classes
