Refactor to support port list without connection and with console int…

This refactor will now give us the following output when executing the port list command:

1: /dev/tty.usbmodem2053317E52301
2: /dev/tty.usbmodem335C317634381

Added port select command which piggy backs off port list:

1: /dev/tty.usbmodem2053317E52301
2: /dev/tty.usbmodem335C317634381

Type the number of the port you would like to use.
or just press Enter to keep your current port.
