In the scenario that a researcher comes along and needs to use new images, replace the images found in image_data with the new, corrected images, using the same name as the image it is replacing.

To run the main project file, proj2.qmd, simply open the file in your R editor of choice and run all the cells. The project was completed with R version 4.1.3. The libraries required are in the first cell of proj2.qmd, and are as follows if you don't have them installed:
