Added basic ros integration using roslibjs, currently publishing random numbers and setting those numbers to the UI

Changed some minor designs and video streaming boxes, added zooming bar and other features

Deleted Nipplejs

Please add some documentation explaining how to start up the GUI. If this requires starting ROS components, it might be a good idea to make a launch file.
