The stack:

• Webpack
• SCSS
• Javascript
• eslint
• prettier

Make sure you have the commandline tool "node" installed
https://nodejs.org/en/

Afterward, inside the commandline/terminal run the command
npm install

After that, to run the website in "DEV" mode, type this command in terminal
npm start

To package a version you can upload to the server, you can run the following command
npm run build
