Modified based on dali and midway3 situation

  • DaLI jobs will run in isolated mode, so we won't hurt NFS binding between dali and midway storage.
  • Midway jobs will automatically --bind /project2/lgrandi/xenonnt/dali:/dali so we have access to cutax without access to /dali
  • Midway3 jobs are possible now.
