where can I get more information about labeled_reactions?

when I study the "Compass Analysis" notebook about analyzing the results of the compass algorithm and replicates figures 2E and 2C from the paper, I found some prior knowledge called "labeled_reaction" was used here.

Now, I wanna do more analysis on my own compass results, so I need to get more similar knowledge, could you please tell me where can I get them?

Hi there Quiju, try looking at the metadata in this directory and see if it provides what you need:
This file provides metadata on the RECON2 metabolic map - only relevant if that was the model you used to run Compass.
