- Clash 已停止维护，其接任者 Mihomo 功能丰富，因此进行了替换。
- 删除 smartdns ，因为 Mihomo 的内置 DNS 已经可以代替其功能。
- 同时改变了构建流程，不再依赖 release 中预先准备的 blob 。
- 我还对配置下载做了优化，现在保存的文件名将会尽可能地采用原有名字。
- 以及一些其他微小调整。
