  1. Run Maestro tests from Github Actions directly

    I initially set out to fix the Maestro iOS tests after the K2 migration,
    but that turned out to be more difficult to fix. After nearly running
    out of free Maestro cloud runs this month, I decided to pivot this
    changeset to run the tests directly in Github actions themselves. This
    does not resolve the failing iOS tests, but at least I can run coverage
    without worrying about paying for Maestro cloud.
