This pull request adds docker image push.

This branch requires #466 to be merged because this can work.
There are two secrets that needs to be added :
GHCR_TOKENandGHCR_USERNAME. The token is a Private Access Token with repo and packages scope while the username should be your usernameadnanh. This is needed to push on ghcr.io.Old tags won't be available in ghcr unless we add them manually.
