The MultiSampler should be a sampler derived from SSA{K,T}. This makes that the case. Because of this change, it's now possible to have a MultiSampler that contains a MultiSampler, which makes much more sense. Before, the MultiSampler stored a simulation time, which was unnecessary, so that's gone. And I thought it wasn't a sampler, so I made a SingleSampler that contained an SSA algorithm. So that's gone.
This isn't in use. Just something I noticed didn't make sense.
