I am new to SCENIC and I was wondering if it was possible to compare the regulons outputs of two different SCENIC outputs. Due to the nature of my study it does not make sense to have them as one object. Then, once I have my two results I would like to compare the regulons activity between networks. I followed the available pipelines but I do not see a similar case. I am able to obtain the top regulators for both networks. I thought about combining the results of both outputs and treating each as a different cluster. The problem is that even if the regulators may have the same TF they probably regulate a different set of genes. Any ideas? I would like to implement some of the scores such as RSS, etc...
