  • https://mathpix.com/ - Allows you to get formulas from papers into LaTeX (and from handwritten notes). Unfortunately no longer free.

  • Panoply A nice tool from NASA for plotting and animating netcdfs from a point and click setup.

  • ncview A quick tool for viewing netcdfs from command line. Unfortunately terrible colormaps. Very quick.

  • Google scholar button - can let you quickly get the bibtex for a paper.

  • Weights and biases Hyperparameter search

  • WebPlotDigitizer - lets you extract data from a graph. Approximately infinitely faster than acquiring data that is 'available on request'.
