Updated to JimmyStones latest verilator template files, and modified
to work with Verilator 4.204. Also some minor changes for Windows /
VisualStudio environment.
Basically some minor updates to get the code to compile/run in Windows with VisualStudio using Verilator 4.204. This way it is consistent with the latest template published in JimmyStones repo, and you don't have to keep switching which Verilator version you are running. I think / hope this makes it easier for newcomers to figure out while trying to use these great tutorials.
