The "formatter" module was deprecated in 3.4 and was removed from the standard library in 3.10. Signed-off-by: Tormod Volden <[email protected]>
htmllib was deprecated in 2.6 and removed in 3.x. Instead of dealing with non-breakable space in the HTMLParser, transform to spaces in parse_asoundlib_api() instead. At the same time adjust to the current ALSA API web page format. Signed-off-by: Tormod Volden <[email protected]>

Tested by comparing the new output from alsa-python-coverage.py with the old COVERAGE file.
For transparency and easier review there are multiple commits for the Python 3 fixups, but this can be squashed if desired.
