Description of changes:
ion-tests was updated to support directories for both ion 1.0 and 1.1 test data. This PR creates a small function to provide the appropriate directory name for a given ion version string. The code has been updated to use this function for obtaining the directory name for 1.0 data.
ion-test-driver pulls down the latest commit to ion-tests, which now includes the versioned data directories, so there's no need to support previous commits as far as I can tell.
