This repository contains code relevant to the running of a study on memory consolidation processes during sleep.  

'Scripts' contains scripts that will present an experiment to subjects via Matlab PsychToolbox.  

'Analysis' contains Matlab and R scripts for analyzing data collected with this experiment.

These scripts require Matlab Psychtoolbox to run.
