MC2015

MC2015 folder contains experiments on Monte Carlo 2015 samples for hlt1-track, hlt1-2body, hlt2-topo triggers.

How to run:

execute

 cd MC2015
 mkdir datasets

download datasets into datasets
run 0_Preprocessing.ipynb (will use scripts to convert .root files and event structure into .csv with tracks and secondary vertices structure.
run HLT*.ipynb
additional.ipynb contains necessary functions to operate with data
bbdt_run2 contains formulas in .mx format
