WASP version 1.0

First release of WASP (Web-Accessible Single Cell RNA-Seq Processing Platform) supporting automated pre-processing of Illumina/BioRad ddSeq protocol-based reads with interactive graphical result visualization using R Shiny and interactive post-processing of any single cell RNA-seq data based on a gene expression matrix using R Shiny.
