* migrate to `AdwSwitchRow` and `AdwSpinRow` in preferences * migrate to `AdwNavigationPage` and `AdwToolbarView` in windows
Add a plugin row, based on `Adw.ExpanderRow` for displaying and toggling plugin extensions.
Various accessibility fixes and improvements, namely marking button images as presentational.
Improve the UI for the device page, namely the pages for pairing and disconnected states.

Refactor for updates to several platform libraries,
namely libpeas and libadwaita.
