To run the analysis, click on the upper right green buttom "Clone or download", then "Download ZIP", and unzip whereever you want on your machine. Open the file "banner.Rproj" of the unzipped project with RStudio. This opens the entire project in just one click. In this way, you have directly set the right working directory, including the right subdirectories for accessing the data.
