The naming on this is probably bad, I'd assume `head` would return
Maybe, and you'd have a headDefault or something for a default head

I'm unsure if my index's for nth is right

Stdlib.Prelude> (nth 1 [1;2;3;4;5])
just 2
Stdlib.Prelude> (nth 0 [1;2;3;4;5])
just 1
Stdlib.Prelude> (nth 7 [1;2;3;4;5])
nothing

Just one minor request to support the named syntax
