This line is generating warnings in the docs build, causing the build failures. Perhaps you meant to use `` instead of `.

@Shrews Thanks. Yeah I think that's it. I was switching between markdown and rst and got caught out. I'll fix it now. Sorry I didn't catch it myself.

As a part of the Consolidating Ansible discussion platforms initiative, this PR adds the communication section template defined by the community to the README and the docsite. Similar PRs are now being raised across all the Ansible ecosystem projects.
