Remove deprecated gulp-util: https://medium.com/gulpjs/gulp-util-ca3b1f9f9ac5

Description

• Removed gulp-util
• Replaced gutil.env.log with custom util logger method.
• Replaced gutil.colors with node:util styleText method.
• Replaced gutil.env with minimist

Testing

• npm run test
• npm run clean
• npm run build
• npm run build -- --nofetch
• npm run build:prod
• npm run build:prod -- --nodocs
• npm run lint
• npm run update-docs
• npm run serve
