Motivation and Context

For the past six months, the Disqus integration on our blog has stopped working, possibly due to changes in the API or service plan.

We held a discussion on the Apache Cordova Dev Mailing List to decide whether to keep or remove Disqus from our blog.

This PR removes Disqus from our site.

We recommend that users submit issues on the respective GitHub repository if there are issues to report for a given release.

We may also consider creating a GitHub discussion thread for each post and providing the link at the bottom for anyone who wants to leave general, non-actionable feedback. However, this process has not been finalized. It may also be left up to the releaser.
