イメージファイルをビルドしたところ、次のようなエラーがでたため、バージョン情報を修正させていただきました。
「The command '/bin/bash -o pipefail -c conda install --quiet --yes 'numpy=1.13.' 'scipy=0.19.' 'sympy=1.1.' 'matplotlib=2.1.' && conda clean -tipsy && fix-permissions $CONDA_DIR' returned a non-zero code: 1」
ベースイメージのタグ情報、インストールしているライブラリのバージョン情報等を変更しております。
