add mysql connector jar file to the project library.
add standfords potagger jar file to the project library.
jdk 1.8 should be there
make a folder named tagger in your project directory,add the two files present in the folder called taggers on my git.
in class potagger specify the address of the .tagger file present in the tagger folder istead of the written one.
