fix(prompt): starship formatting

• fix starship config, some lang support was changed / removed.
• remove loading zshrc via zprofile. There is something strange happening when first opening the terminal with zsh as default. When running starship and other configs via the .zprofile entry point starship would not run.

Linter does not work. Will create another PR dedicated to fixing this.

@dmccaffery I think you were mid-stream on this when the last PR went through. do you remember what you were working on before the PR went through? Would be happy to finish those thoughts and I would also like to get the new prompt out soonish.

Yes. I was finalising work to make starship work across the board in all distros as well as doing a bunch of cleanup and adding tests.

Lastly, I was moving all install functionality to well-known locations to support recovery when incompatible updates are made between starship and versions of tools.
