The end result with this variation gives a fine and thick sauce that can be served as small drops just like Tabasco. The result is still delicious.

Nice!
I won't merge this one right away, because I want to figure out a way to handle variations of the sauce, possibly by using different branches. I am thinking about one or two variations myself and I don't want a lot of optionals and conditional branching in what is currently a quite simple and straight forward instruction.

It will take a little while, because I am currently on family vacation and I am spending time away from the keyboard.

Thanks for contributing!

Take your time. And thanks for linking this in Hacker News. I've been doing three batches of sauce with some variation of this recipe and I truly love it!

Although instead of habaneros I've been using carolina reapers, ghost peppers and some milder chilies. Instead of carrots you can add onions and chipotles to get black, smoky and sweet sauce. Or mangos to get a nice yellow sweetness.

Hehe! I guess that produces a sauce with some serious kick! Good tips though! I will make sure to include your ideas somehow.
