Description of changes:
Persisting CodeEditor settings across app restarts. Settings are now stored in the EBS volume.
Testing
Built the image and tested manually as a custom image.
Changed some settings, then stopped the space and re-started in a new browser to ensure they were persisted.
Also added some dummy default settings and mutated them in the app, then restarted the space and made sure they were reset back to defaults.
