- changes to the_manager:
- updates to opendrift:
- updated some manager config values
- updates to opendrift and its config
* time_step changed to 5 min from 60 min * time_step_output changed to 60 min * output_file is now an option
* added seafloor_action option * added Dcrit values for known models (0 otherwise) * fixed horizontal_diffusivity handling * fixed some Leeway/3D handling and log messaging * export_variables are specific to drift_model as needed * do not drop zeta anymore since used in opendrift * have another way to see config
* added origin * added origin_marker to export_variables default list * changed radius default to 1000m * seafloor_action default is previous * Dcrit default is 0.1 (though not sure this is used anywhere)
